1. Founding Membership & Rate Lock Guarantee
Pre-launch founding memberships (1 Year at ₹22,500, 6 Months at ₹16,000, and 3 Months at ₹12,000) are strictly limited to the first 300 registered founding members. The price paid upon enrollment guarantees that your renewal rate will remain permanently locked at that founding price point, provided your membership renewal is processed within 30 days of membership expiration without interruption.
If a membership expires and is not renewed within the 30-day grace window, subsequent enrollments will be charged at standard prevailing rates (currently ₹35,000 for 1 Year, ₹20,000 for 6 Months, or ₹15,000 for 3 Months).
2. Freezes & Medical Holds
We understand that injuries, medical obligations, or unexpected travel can interrupt training. Members in good standing are eligible to freeze their memberships under the following conditions:
- Medical Freeze: Up to 90 days with verifiable medical documentation from a licensed practitioner. No administrative fee.
- Personal / Travel Freeze: Up to 30 days for 6-Month plans, and up to 60 days for 1-Year plans, upon written request at least 7 days in advance.
- During an active freeze, member access to facilities, coach programming, and class booking is temporarily suspended, and the membership expiration date is extended by the exact frozen duration.
3. Payments, Taxes & Invoicing
All published membership prices are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian tax regulations (CGST 9% + SGST 9%). A valid Tax Invoice with our gym GSTIN and sequential invoice number will be issued to your registered email immediately upon payment confirmation.
Payments may be made via POS card machines, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), official bank transfer, or cash at the front desk. We do not store or retain credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
4. Facility Access & Floor Capacities
A single active membership provides unrestricted access to the Strength Floor, Functional Zone, Class Studio, and Bodybuilding Floor during operational hours (5am to 11pm weekdays, 7am to 8pm weekends).
To preserve coaching quality and athlete safety, group classes on all floors maintain a strict maximum capacity of 24 athletes per session. Class spots are bookable up to 7 days in advance via the Member PWA. If a class reaches capacity, members are placed on an automated waitlist that promotes participants upon cancellations.
5. Cancellations & Transfers
Memberships are non-refundable once the facility has officially opened and the member has checked in. Prior to opening day, pre-launch reservations may be cancelled at any time before payment is finalized with zero penalty.
Founding memberships may be transferred to a direct family member or third party once per lifetime with management approval, subject to an administrative transfer fee.
6. Code of Conduct & Barbell Etiquette
Iron Elite is built on mutual respect, rigorous training standards, and athlete focus:
- All plates, dumbbells, and barbells must be stripped and returned to their proper racks immediately after use.
- Chalk must remain contained in chalk bowls; excessive spillage must be wiped down.
- Footwear and athletic apparel are mandatory in all lifting zones at all times.
- Harassment, abusive behavior, or reckless equipment handling will result in immediate revocation of membership without refund.
