1. Our Privacy Commitment
Iron Elite ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to reserve your founding membership, coordinate coach onboarding, ensure gym safety, and operate day-to-day access.
We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal or contact information under any circumstances.
2. Information We Collect
- Reservation & Contact Details: Full name, phone number, email address, preferred training floor, and marketing referral source.
- Member Profile & Emergency Contacts: Date of birth, emergency contact name and phone number (collected upon membership activation for on-site safety).
- Athletic Intake & Training Records: Baseline lifting numbers (squat, bench, deadlift), experience level, reported injuries or physical limitations, and coach notes.
- Billing & Tax Information: Payment method, transaction reference numbers, amounts paid, and GST invoice records. We do not store sensitive payment card credentials.
- Facility Attendance Logs: Timestamped turnstile check-in and class attendance records.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Contacting you via phone or email regarding your founding membership reservation.
- Generating and transmitting statutory 18% GST tax invoices and receipts.
- Authenticating turnstile access and digital QR code passes via our Member PWA.
- Enabling coaches to prepare personalized 12-week lifting plans and track athlete progression.
- Managing class capacities (24 athletes per session cap) and waitlists.
4. Data Storage & Security
All member and reservation data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL encryption) and at rest within secure PostgreSQL cloud databases hosted on Supabase enterprise infrastructure. Access to administrative systems is restricted to authorized personnel using role-based access control and multi-factor credentials.
5. Communications & SMS
By submitting your reservation or registering as a member, you consent to receive operational communications, such as booking confirmations, membership renewal notices, and security verification codes (OTPs). We do not send automated marketing spam. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to inspect, update, or request the permanent deletion of your reservation data at any time prior to opening. If you decide not to proceed with a membership, inform your coach during the consultation call or email us, and your record will be removed from our active database.
