I spent eleven years queueing for a rack at six in the morning and never once found a coach on the floor who actually lifted. So I am building the gym I wanted.
Iron Elite is not a franchise. It is one building, planned space by space with the coaches and specialists who will run each part of it.
Founding memberships are capped at 300 because that is the number the building holds at peak without long waits anywhere. When they are gone, they are gone.

Do I need experience to join?
No. Your first session is one to one with a coach who builds your programme around where you are now. Plenty of founding members have never touched a barbell.
Is the founding price a contract?
It is one year, paid once. There is no rolling contract and no auto renewal you have to cancel. If you renew, you keep the same founding rate.
What does it cost after opening?
Standard membership is 3,200 a month or 32,000 a year. Founding members pay 22,500 for the year and keep that rate on renewal.
Do I pay on this page?
No. You reserve a spot and a coach calls within 24 hours. Payment is arranged on that call, once you are sure.
Can I use every facility?
Yes. One membership covers the gym, cardio, crossfit, pilates, spa, cold shower and recovery room. Pickleball and Box Cricket each include one founding-price session, with extra sessions bookable separately.
What if I get injured or move away?
Memberships freeze for up to three months on medical grounds. Ask about transfers on the call.
What are the opening hours?
5am to 11pm on weekdays and 7am to 8pm at weekends. Twenty four hour access is planned for the second year.
Where exactly is the gym?
Reserved members get the address first, and it goes public two weeks before opening. It is central, with parking on site.
